23-year-old Belarusian war volunteer Maria Zaitsava was killed in Ukraine
This photo of Maria was taken on August 9, 2020, during the protests in Minsk. Then the girl was wounded by a stun grenade. Maria underwent several surgeries in Belarus, and then she was taken to the Czech Republic for treatment.
When the full-scale war in Ukraine began, the woman went to defend Ukraine.
Maria’s friends confirmed her tragic death to @nashaniva.
