The chances that North Korea has a hypersonic missile are 0. Hypersonic missiles are capable of complex maneuvers to gain and lose altitude and change direction in flight. North Korea’s short-range ballistic missiles miss by kilometers in Ukraine, so it’s doubtful they have a working hypersonic missile.

Ukrainian drone strikes hit a fuel depot in the Russian city of Engels in Saratov Oblast, causing fire at the facility.
Engels is located over 500km from the border with Ukraine.
Situated there is also the Engels-2 Air Base of the Russian Long-Range Aviation, although it is yet to become clear whether it was also the target of tonight's attack.
