It's Biden's fault that we even have to think about what Trump may or may not do. For the record though, FT is reporting that EU officials were told by the transition that military aid will continue as peace talks proceed.

@ColbyBadhwar The president elect said multiple times that he will send aid to Ukraine *after* the ceasefire will be implemented, basically threatening Zelensky to accept the deal. He blocked aid for months worsening afu shells famine. And the problem now…

There is no indication that an immediate ceasefire is going to be forced. If Zelensky isn't going to mobilize more manpower though, there isn't any point in prolonging the attrition indefinitely.
