No sign of equipment queued for loading so they may have been ready for takeoff
5x rotary wing, 1x may have the rotors removed
Perhaps for transport at a later time

BYSOL together with 5 other Belarusian organizations are once again holding a traditional Christmas campaign, where every child of political prisoners will receive a gift.
Now more than 200 children are waiting for presents, and the fundraising continues.

The United States itself is notably only spending about 3% on defense right now. No chance that anyone in Europe, aside from Poland, is going to be working towards 5% unless the US is leading from the front on this. There is increasing support for raising the floor from 2% to 3% though.
