@GorakhIn @shashj: Little risk if the training program is carefully planned/located.
But why risk? Simple - because the defeat of Ukraine poses a greater risk to long term UK and Euro security.
This helps avoid a later war in NATO border countries where the UK would certainly have more casualties.

International waters make the legal side complicated,so doubt anyone will be arrested today.
