@DavidNorrish @John_A_Ridge: Ukraine has had to do further refurbishment of many of the vehicles they have received, but that's extremely hard when they don't have easy access to the necessary tooling, parts and technical data. You can't rebuild a Bradley in your garage with stuff from the hardware store.

@Zagonel85: Look at the recent satellite images, there is no new damage to any of those buildings from that strike. Those are dummy warheads, that produced no explosions, and have a 250-meter CEP. The reason Russia used it is because it is an experimental missile with no nuclear warheads.
