@dillonrpayton @JohnH105: Actual production is not 500 missiles per year, that's facilitization. The media doesn't understand the difference between those two things so they report it incorrectly.

Ukraine could theoretically be given priority for newly built missiles but the Biden Admin has refused to order any for them to begin with. Instead they have just given a very limited number out of the Army's finite stockpiles, as they aren't ordering ATACMS for themselves anymore.
