Norquist was Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller)/Chief Financial Officer during Trump's first term. If the Department of Defense is going to meet its statutory requirement of passing an audit by 2028, Norquist will need to lead that effort. Notably, this case will not require in-country contractor support.

🚨🇺🇲🇰🇷 The US State Department has approved a possible Foreign Military Sale to South Korea of F-15K Slam Eagle upgrades, including 96 ACDP II mission system computers, 70 AN/APG-82(v)1 AESA radars, 70 AN/ALQ-250 EPAWSS EW suites, and 70 AN/AAR-57 CMWS, plus other equipment and services, for an estimated cost of $6.2 billion.
This is the second Foreign Military Sale of EPAWSS, after Japan (incorrect Selected Acquisition Reports notwithstanding >.>).
The prime contractors would be Boeing, Raytheon and BAE.
"The description and dollar value are for the highest estimated quantity and dollar value based on initial requirements. Actual dollar value will be lower depending on final requirements, budget authority, and signed sales agreement(s), if and when concluded."
