@CosmosEnjoyer25 @RoadtoMars9 @giK1893 @GeoConfirmed @UAControlMap: No, one of them was a prefect strike. The other one also caused significant damage due to spraying hundreds of thousands of pieces for sharpnel out, being an older variant, or a small error in targeting by the HIMARS operators. The strike was highly successful either way.

@cym27s @garibresearcher: Not in such quantities. They have more ballistic missiles like Iskander cluster and Tornado but they are used in less frequent quantities. While Ukraine may use dozens of GMLRS per day and has used well over 14,000 GMLRS missiles during the Russian invasion. It’s a big strength.

@cym27s @garibresearcher: Iskander cluster/unitary missiles have inaccuracy of ~30 meters. They have much less cluster munitions in them, meaning they still hit the target since they are cluster missiles, but the damage would be less than it would be with HIMARS. Often it doesn’t matter for equipment.

@garibresearcher @cym27s: That’s true they are less accurate, the Iskander-M unitary usually miss the target but 30 meters, often it doesn’t make much of a difference if it’s a large building, or valuable equipment. Sometimes it does reduce the damage though significantly.

@cym27s: That’s a fact. It would be over pretty quickly considering they do not have the air defenses for them and would suffer astronomically high losses. All air defenses and ammunition depots found 50km of the border would be destroyed. But they don’t possess such missiles as of now.

RT @FRHoffmann1: This is exactly right.
I have a forthcoming piece where I calculate the exact number of U.S. nuclear warheads that could be replaced by conventional long-range strike weapons in a counterforce strike.
With some luck and thanks to academic publishing, it will be out in under 12 months 🥲 https://twitter.com/ColbyBadhwar/status/1857521278695125152#m

RT @AirPowerNEW1: That's not the only thing we have to change.
The acquisition system has created decades long franchise monopolies in several key capabilities. Army with the PATRIOT Interceptor and the Navy with the Standard Missile.
Invest to create competition and build redundancy. https://twitter.com/ColbyBadhwar/status/1857076020761006187#m

@Fidias0: Coming from the Southern Parts of Ukraine
South Ukraine according to your post includes Odesa, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, and Kherson
You have no clue what you are talking about. Both the South and the North do not want to be part of Russia. You’re not the Ukrainian people

@AirPowerNEW1 @DavidNorrish: Worthwhile to start buying PAC-2 GEM-T again? Or should the new Admin take a hard look at reviving LTFI?
