• During the week, at least 15 Russian drones of the Shahed-136/131 type flew intos. Most of them flew back to Ukraine. There were no reports of drones being shot down by the Air Defense Forces.

• On October 22,sians drafted for compulsory military service started to be sent to the troops. It’s planned to send about 10,000 people to the troops in October-November.

• On October 23, a meeting of the joint board of the defense ministries ofs and Russia was held in Minsk. They discussed the West-2025 joint strategic drills of thesian Armed Forces and Russian Armed Forces. The maneuvers will be held in September 2025 ins.

• The Ministry of Defense ofs purchases a batch of Chimera CX10 drones. They plan to spend about $139,419 for the purchase. It was also reported about the supply of a batch of “newest drones” to the 814th Technical Support Center.

Why we don’t report on every takeoff of fighters in Belarus – explanation

The Belarusian Air Force (and the few aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces that are currently stationed in Belarus) regularly conduct training and duty flights. The chronology of such flights can be seen daily on the map of military activity by Belarusian Hajun: map.hajun.info/

Now there’s no sense in reporting on every flight here, because in 99% of cases these flights don’t pose any threat. Neither for Belarusians, nor for neighboring countries.

Recently, we’ve been publishing information about the takeoffs of combat aviation only if such a takeoff is connected with a potential interception of drones or missiles (when there is data about a probable entry of “intruders” into the airspace of Belarus, and aviation is noticed flying towards the “intruder”), as well as in cases of mass redeployment of aircraft, including from Russia to Belarusian airfields. If there are MiG-31 aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces, we will also write about them.
