The Russian MOD is nearing completion on the requirements for the next generation SLBM.

A bit to premature to claim a new SLBM is under development as of now.

Designed by the famous Lazurit design bureau, Charlie-class submarines were made to carry out surprise attacks on the Western/NATO high-value naval assets such as the aircraft carriers and CSG components.
