@deaidua @Vnark: The United States Department of Defense announced that the Army will drawdown an additional PATRIOT battery to Ukraine. I don't expect that they will announce when the delivery actually happens.

The Romanians are delivering one of their own in addition to that. Apparently the US will backfill (I assume with new production and FMF financing), but I don't know what the law actually says (maybe @CristianDoroba3 can provide a translation?). The US AFAIK has not commented on any new FMF obligations.
