Russian Defense Ministry says that this morning, Ukrainian forces launched an incursion into Kursk Oblast of Russia with approx. 300 troops, supported by 11 tanks and more than 20 armored vehicles.
According to the statement, the attack commenced after preparatory fire.
Russian MoD claimed the destruction of 16 Ukrainian military vehicles during this battle so far.

🇺🇸🇩🇪🇺🇦 The NATO Support and Procurement Agency has awarded Raytheon a $478 million contract for PAC-2 GEM-T missiles. This is to replace the Bundeswehr's stocks, which have been depleted due to donations to Ukraine.
Denmark, the Netherlands & Norway are participating in the financing.
It was previously reported that it would be ~100 missiles, but due to the value of the contract I suspect it is more than that. MSE is ~$4 million; GEM-T should be less less, though we don't know the exact unit cost.

• On the night of July 30-31, at least five drones of the Shahed-136/131 type flew into Belarus during another Russia’s missile attack against Ukraine. A fighter of the Belarusian Air Force was used to intercept them.
• A military delegation from Iran paid a visit to Belarus. During the visit, they discussed the prospects for cooperation between the militaries of the two countries in the field of engineering support.
• Combat training activities included drills on the management of reconnaissance forces and means of the Western Operational Command and a training session with the conscripts of the territorial troops in Minsk.
