RT @AuroraIntel: FWIW, the NOTAM start date was 13th April.
Not sure if that’s because they’ve back dated it, or, it’s been there since the 13th and has just been reissued thus not new but revised. https://twitter.com/Faytuks/status/1820391269383704644#m

To provide a baseline for this fall, here is analysis of Northern Fleet bases, except Polyarny, based on Sentinel-2 imagery from yesterday, August 4th.
In Severomorsk most ships were alongside but I'm not sure if one can see the Ropucha-class LST Alexandr Otrakovsky here.

There were 4 SSBNs alongside, one of them the decommissioned Yekaterinburg.
If we include the Borei-class SSBN Imperator Aleksandr III which likely will head to the Pacific soon, that means 3 SSBNs at sea, which is within norms.
Unable to say anything about the Akula's.

При повороте башни Pz 61 стальной шлем заклинило между подбашенной корзиной и электрические кабели на правой стороне корпуса были раздавлены. Это вызвало короткое замыкание и пожар. Причина – неосторожность экипажа.
