The reason it is Eastern Europe is because it is the only place where US, Russia, Iran, UK, China, Germany, France, and almost all European countries are heavily or have been larger economically/militarily involved in a significantly larger war than Israel vs Hamas of shelling between Lebanon and Israel. The most prominent players in the war, like US, China, Germany, France, UK, and Russia, are more heavily involved in Eastern Europe than in that area by far. Especially US, that is not as invested in the wars that Israel has as much as they are invented in the wars in Eastern Europe or even scaling up all major military partners in the South China Sea and scaling up their own to be prepared to confront China if it is needed, China is doing the same. If there were an invasion of Taiwan by China, then that would become the most geopolitically important location on the planet, but that has not happened yet. If there were a war between Iran and the US and Israel and Lebanon with other countries involved in the Middle East, then that would be significantly more geopolitically important than it is today, but that hasn’t happened yet. But what is happening now between Israel-Hamas and Israel-Lebanon is not at a large enough scale to justify it as the most geopolitically important place on the planet at the moment. There would need to be a much larger war in the Middle East, and US, Iran, and other countries would need to be much more involved than they are now.

Regardless, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and the South China Sea are the most geopolitically important places in the World today.

An industrial facility in Kyiv Oblast of Ukraine was attacked by Russian Shahed-136/Geran-2 strike drones last night.

According to the head of Kyiv Oblast State Administration, Ruslan Kravchenko, Russian strikes caused no casualties. The fire was being put out by Ukrainian emergency services.
