Belarusian Hajun project (Twitter)

On May 27-31, joint Air Force drills will be held “within the framework of improving the unified regional air defense system of Belarus and Russia.” This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Belarus.

The drills involve air bases, units of anti-aircraft missile and radio-technical troops of the Belarusian Armed Forces, as well as crews of reconnaissance, fighter and army aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces. The drills will be led by the commander of the Air Force and Air Defense Forces of Belarus.

During the drills, the issues of management of various air force resources will be worked out, as well as the organization of interaction in carrying out their combat training tasks. The main efforts will be aimed at solving the tasks to cover state and military facilities from air strikes. Also, the crews will practice covering the units of the ground forces at aviation training grounds.
