Within the framework of the ongoing combat readiness inspection, the main role is assigned to the 19th Mechanized Brigade. The brigade is part of the Northwestern Operational Command of the Ground Forces of the Belarusian Armed Forces.
The number of personnel of the brigade in 2011 was 670 people, and in 2021 – about 1700 people.

The 19th Mechanized Brigade (military unit 71327) includes the following units:
• the 1st Separate Mechanized Battalion (military unit 14398);
• the 4th Separate Tank Battalion (military unit 22092);
• the 30th Separate Mechanized Battalion (maintained in peacetime size with a minimum number of officers; it’s staffed with reservists);
• the 191st Artillery Group (military unit 14388) – two self-propelled howitzer and rocket artillery divizions, mortar and anti-tank batteries.

Children from the occupied territories of Ukraine were brought to Belarus again. This time they took 40 children from the occupied part of Kherson region of Ukraine. As before, this was organized by the Aliaksei Talai Foundation sanctioned by the EU and Ukraine.

The children were placed in the rehabilitation and recreation center “Liasnaya Paliana” in Hrodna region. The website of the Hrodna Regional Executive Committee says that they'll be there until March 28.

The pro-government ONT TV channel published a story about it, where the number of children is 39. Earlier, Russian Komsomolka newspaper wrote about it, where the number of children is also different – 30. It’s said that the children are 8-15 years old, almost all of them are from Kherson, but now live in Russia-occupied Henichesk and Crimea, as well as in Krasnodar Krai.

Another group of Belarusian military went to Russia for joint training with the Russian Armed Forces.

Apparently, the servicemen of the Belarusian Armed Forces went to the 333rd combat training center of the Western Military District of the Russian Armed Forces (Mulino, Nizhny Novgorod oblast). Earlier, it was planned to create a combat training center for joint training of servicemen of the Ground Forces of the Belarusian and Russian Armed Forces there.

According to our information, on March 18, an Il-76 military transport aircraft (EW-005DE) of the Belarusian Air Force took the servicemen from Machulishchy airfield to Russia. In total, a group of about 60 servicemen of the Belarusian Armed Forces was sent for training.

This is not the first group of servicemen to be trained at the 333rd training center. Previously, servicemen of motorized rifle and tank units of the Belarusian Armed Forces were trained there. The training course usually...

The EU Court of Justice lifted sanctions against the Belarusian Belshina company imposed in December 2021, as well as sanctions against Nikita Mazepin, the son of oligarch Dmitry Mazepin.

It’s reported that the court decided to remove Belshina from the sanctions list, as the EU Council didn’t prove that the company is a significant source of income for the Lukashenka regime.

The court also considered evidence of Belshina’s participation in repression against civil society to be insufficient. It’s reported that the EU Council failed to prove that the reason for the dismissal of the company’s employees was participation in rallies and strikes after the 2020 elections.

The EU Court of Justice ruled not only to lift the sanctions against the company, but also ordered the EU Council to pay the court costs.

The threat of missile strikes from Belarus against Ukraine remains until June 30, 2024.

Flight restriction zone for flights of all types of civil aircraft (including UAVs) at altitude from 0 to 19,800 meters in the south of Belarus is extended according to NOTAMN O0159/24 from 00:00 of April 1 until 23:59 of June 30, 2024.

The restriction doesn’t apply to aircraft of the Belarusian Air Force, the State Border Committee of Belarus, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus, which are used in extinguishing fires and sanitary flights. The area of the restriction zone didn’t change.

The ban on flights over the southern part of Belarus was introduced on February 24, 2022, with the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Two Russian BREM-1 armored recovery vehicles attempted to tow an abandoned Swedish-supplied Strv 122 (Leo 2A5) tank in service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the Russian lines near Terny in Donetsk Oblast.

They were spotted and stopped by Ukrainian FPV drones.
