GLSDB will help, but they will take months to arrive. GLSDB won't arrive in signficant numbers for a while and won’t be as big of an impact as ATACMS would be

There isn’t enough SCALP and Strom Shadows. UK and France have ~1,200 of them, while US has over 10,000 long range missiles.
