According to Zvezda, the oiler Sergey Osipov began the Northeast Passage Deployment along with the rest of the expected group.
Going by AIS data however, Osipov left Severomorsk on the 31st and is east of Novaya Zemlya.
Contact correlating with SAT AIS on Sent-1 yesterday.

It's likely something made them activate the smoke generators.
If the bridge was hit, there would not be a lot of fire, concrete does not really burn. This can be both a hit on the bridge and smoke from generators. One does not exclude the other.
