@1LonelyPhoenix Phoenix Ghost have not been seen publicly but they are used in Ukraine. It was confirmed by US last year and the leaked documents revealed more Phoenix Ghost Drones were sent earlier this year

Unless someone is prepared to try and run the blockade, there's a good chance there won't be any immediate, significant changes beyond no bulk carriers with grain.
