@Bornakang This is very dangerous, no one should even attempt it. The diver is freediving, meaning they are holding their breath and only have 1 or 2 minutes underwater before they could go unconscious and die. If this person got stuck just a little bit they could’ve easily died. I freedive

This is very interesting technology.

Also, to me it looks like possible net/boom defenses at the entrance to the harbor basin.

Can't remember seeing reports of this from Baltiysk before.
