As people in the replies pointed out, 72nd Separate Motor Rifle Brigade appears to be the part of the 3rd Army Corps, formed in June 2022. It is mentioned by Ukrainian sources.

@VirginMathemat1 @AndrewPerpetua I think it is relatively recent. All the recent footage from there show the larger trees on that street around the college don't have leaves but as the camera scans extreme left at 0:44 you can see first leaves on a smaller tree which matches that seen in same place in tweet 416.

In terms of relieving Bakhmut it should only be regarded as one of a number of shaping operations that are needed. In terms of claimed Russians casualties, it seems larger than normal.
