This will be an interesting week for Norwegian defence policy.
The Defense Commission presents it's report tomorrow. According to Dagbladet, the Commission will recommend a 70 Bn NOK increase in the defense budget, about doubling it.

@DarthRevan1999 Ukraine used AGM-88 HARM to target air defenses in Belgorod last October. Some were shot down and their debris was found. Germany didn't send long-range missiles, but they gave many other weapons

On this aspect, there has also been variations in Western statements over the past 6 months or so.
On 100k mobilized troops possibly unaccounted for, this is another indicator that there indeed are uncommitted Russian units out there.

One notable thing from discussions in Kyiv: Ukraine officials more concerned by Russia's reserve capacity, in men & equipment, than Western ones. This was true in December & now. Ukr officials can't account for 100k+ Ru mobilised troops. Western ones think this isn't an issue.
