Unless I've missed something, this is the first RAF Barents Sea RC-135W mission flying through Norwegian airspace, following in the footsteps of their US cousins.
While this might seem like a small shift to many, I'd argue that this represents a significant Nor policy change.

Denmark handed over the first CAESAR self-propelled artillery systems to Ukraine, they are already on combat duty. - Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov.
