Sladkov says that Deputy Defense Minister Mikhail Mizintsev has been fired. Pegov says there have been a number of senior dismissals likely related to Putin's visit to Ukraine where officers at the front had an opportunity to explain the real situation.

Another Ukrainian 5P85S TEL of the S-300PS air defense system was struck with a ZALA Lancet loitering munition while driving on the road.

Notice a hole in TEL's container, through which a loaded missile can be seen. It definitely wasn't the first time this launcher was targeted.
