Interesting:

New large Barents Sea PRIP/NAVWARN out today for fleet exercises, УЧЕНИЯ СИЛ ФЛОТА, and unless there's a typo here, it went active before it was issued.

No corresponding NOTAM out as of now.

I can't remember seeing something like this one before, usually, even for large exercises PRIPs are labeled "rocket and artillery firing".

A timely question is if this means a Northern Fleet snap exercise is about to commence, but there could be other explanations as well.
