@RSS_40 I might be a bit late here, but think this is spoofing and that the Marshal Ustinov is in Severomorsk.

The Fighter Bomber says this was probably a UMPK FAB-500M62 glide bomb, but the wings didn't initiate for some reason so the bomb just fell. He says the fuze was set on delay, and detonated as it should (for targeting an underground target). 3/

It sounds as though this may not have been an accidental release, but the bomb's wings just didn't function properly. The UMPK reportedly has a 50-70km range, which would put Kharkiv in range from Belgorod. The question is why a bomb was released over a city given the risks. 4/

Viktor Alksnis says that, as far as he remembers, Russian aircraft have a switch that prevents accidental munitions releases. This also suggests that the pilot was planning on dropping the bomb, but some kind of malfunction occurred. 5/

RT @AncientSubHunt: The Echo II & Juliett must surface for ASCM launch..."The sub may successfully launch 4 to 8 ASCMs toward the CV if the S-3 is out of range or delayed delivering its Rockeye [Mk20] attack. The short reaction time required with Harpoon will eliminate this possible catastrophe." https://twitter.com/AncientSubHunt/status/1649239180654833665/photo/1

@RSS_40 Was out just a few days, back alongside on the 14th.
On radar-imagery from the 19th, it very much looks like the Ustinov was alongside at the usual pier.
