@Brokenarrow42 @GeoConfirmed No its an Armoured Recovery vehicle -from top-down view a likely BREM-1. I am told it was damaged on its front but not destroyed. I have been in touch with people from Brigade about both incidents.

There is currently a rather large US Strategic Command exercise underway involving at least 10 B-52H, at least 16 tankers and an E-4B Nightwatch, all from USAF Global Strike Command. There are also four US Navy E-6B TACAMOs airborne, which I believe are related.
