@fuckig_idiot It's kind of meme that the Russians and Ukrainians are installing Kontakt ERA on everything that moves.
When the news came out that Ukraine will receive Leo 2 tanks, people started making fun that they will inevitably put ERA on those tanks too (eg. photoshopped pic below).
