Important for Western journalists and others to get everything right on US - Russia notifications and New Start.

So far, everything points to that the 1988 Ballistic Missile Launch Notification Agreement remains in force.

@russianforces I saw the answer in Russian and I think that what he meant was that there will be no more notifications within New START at all, but not that the 1988 agreement is suspended, too
