Surge capacity also existed, especially in US munitions production, that would have easily coped with current Ukrainian needs.

@JonHallin Don't be. He is likely attached from US Army Europe and Africa Command - from the start of the training - maybe before. From some other glimpses in the film I suspect there may be some from other countries involved too.
