The answer is 1000 Bn NOK
A calculated 2023 budget with no cuts would have been approx 130 Bn NOK.

This is highly commendable work by Aftenposten, giving a very good illustration of how deep the Norwegian Defense cut backs since the end of the Cold War have been.

Side note: I am also dubious about pic used in tweet 10 though. It looks like Greek or similar camo and some of the webbing/kit looks old as does the grainy picture. Might warrant a re-check.
