Seoul approved export licences last year for Poland to provide Ukraine with Krab howitzers, which are built with South Korean components, a South Korean defence official and a Polish industry representative told Reuters on Wednesday.

In a letter sent to the EU, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said Ukraine is firing an average of 110,000 155mm artillery rounds per month (1/4 of what Russia is firing) and is asking for 250,000 rounds per month from the EU.
