He called Moscow's move "irresponsible" and added that Washington will remain in full compliance with the treaty.

Wagner got into this SE part of Zabakhmutka from the waste sorting plant. We saw in December (tweet 41) that they'd got to edge of it. Since then they've dug in around it (2nd + 3rd geolocations).
