I see people like Anatoly Shariy voicing their concern that firing M142/M270 from such a spot might endanger civilians.
1) The Russians do not have the effective kill-chain system. They aren't able to spot the target like that and order a fire mission in real time.

2) It's a one-off shoot and scoot mission. The launcher (M142 or M270) won't appear at the same spot anymore. Even if the Russians will be able to (geo)locate the firing position, there's no target and there won't be.
