@timhil12 I think the account isn't from Lviv or from Ukraine. I could be wrong but I think it's a propaganda account from someone that hasn’t lived in Ukraine

If there would be someone who is from Ukraine and is pro-Russia like that account, then the last place they would be from is Lviv
