@Wolltigerhueter From this speech and other political signals here, my sense is that the prevailing view is that this can go on for years, so they do take the possibility of stalemate into account.

A large multi year aid program, with broad political support, is being worked on.

@EetuSeppnen1 Agreed and waves also in WW1 and Korea, a misnomer for what we see now. On your last point some UAF units have that ability to move fast but some don't and thats IMO partly whats partly been the problem around Bakhmut this winter. I have some theories for that but thats for later

@Wolltigerhueter As for Ukrainian victory, Norway has offered to lead the work on one of the points in Zelenskyy's peace plan, nuclear safety.

To me, this says that Norway agrees to and supports this plan.
