1 MLRS rocket was $4k in 1998 or $8k in today's money. It wouldn't be used so the $40k SDB is attached to an M26 rocket motor. Brining it to a high altitude, the SDB glides to its target

@superserio02 @general_ben Russia was having success with them for the first 2 months of September and October, so it's worth a try for Ukraine to do the same but with Russian targets far away. Ukraine has made their own kamikaze drones but they don't have it in large quantities.

Lend-Lease specifies military equipment that can be lended or leased. If there’s monetary contributions then Ukraine would have to pay it back
