The man was a resident of Vologda, but reading the first of the links below, this regiment may have been formed in Kostroma.

The M88A2 Hercules in tweet 117 is only rumoured to be with 47th Mechanised Bde while these Panthera are confirmed with them.
The 47th was raised post-invasion. Obviously, new units get much of the new kit.
