Russia is still using the city's infrastructure extensively to bring in ammunition and equipment. I also suspect that equipment is being repaired in some of the warehouses. I hadn't noticed the renaming of the Vostok Brigade/1st Army Corps as the 11th Guards Rifle Regiment.
This is also a WW2 Regiment, then part of 4th Guards Rifle Division, which fought first at the Volkhov front, then Stalingrad through Ukraine to Austria and Vienna.

IMO, providing long-range strike systems to Ukraine will likely have a far greater impact on the battlefield, much quicker, than the Western MBT deliveries now under contemplation
