Just spoke with the mayor of Kherson. Russians have provided the only green corridor to the city - to occupied Crimea and after that to Russia. On demand of embassies 200 foreigners have been evacuated that way in 2 days. City is on the verge of a humanitarian disaster.👇

And here's another view of the vehicle in pic 1 - it has Russian military plates. Btw its hooked by tow bar to the OSA so likely Russian too. https://t.co/zeg65XAXiy
