Construction began in Aug 2021, last image from GE Sep 2022.

@Mortis_Banned Maybe it's because city warfare is more deadly than warfare out on open fields. Ukraine could set up better positions, avoid being encircled in Bakhmut or avoid only having 1 route under fire control leaving the city.
