@spriter99880 I caught you lying again! It's the unit sign of the Russian 2nd Guards Motor Rifle Division on both these vehicles in pic 2, so not UAF. And here's another view of the vehicle in pic 1 - it has Russian military plates. Btw its hooked by tow bar to the OSA so likely Russian too.

Most likely, the aircraft uses a Kh-31P modification of the missile (anti-radar).
