What is important to focus on now is that it isn't clear to me how Russia can translate military force into achieving the sustainable pollical solution it is seeking in Ukraine. That was true after the initial dash to Kyiv failed, and I doubt leveling Kyiv will achieve it. 5/

Ukraine’s defense intelligence directorate claims that the 1st Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the 41st Combined Arms Army Major General Vitaliy Gerasimov was killed in Kharkiv. If true, this would mean the 41st CAA has lost two Deputy Commanders.

53. Clarification. Film in twt 52 does not show the results of a UAF night opp on 04/03/22 with many RuAF lost vehicles. Confusion as film released on 5th but rather shows results of 28/02/22 opp. Here instead is a capture from 4 March opp north of Kharkiv.
