@NOELreports 2 Missiles hit Zaporizhzia, the video of the Dnipro Hydroelectric Power Plant is located North of the Island Khortytsia in Zaporizhzia City in Zaporizhzia Oblast. The video from the car shows 2 smoke clouds on 2 different sides of the river. It's not in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
