In his speech, Putin, as always, blamed the West for a variety of things and gave no hint that the war will end soon, but he also didn't really engage in rhetorical nuclear saber-rattling (I think the dirty bomb risk is far lower).

A Russian Telegram channel says that there is no standardization of training of mobilized soldiers, so the quality of units depends almost completely on their commander. They don't have standard procedures for using UAVs at the company/platoon as well.
