Ihar Bantser, a musician from Grodno, was arrested again. According to @svaboda, it happened yesterday, August 4. The reason for the arrest is unknown. His relatives say that this was the KGB or GUBOPiK.
Bantser has already served his sentence after the 2020 protests.
