Radar reflectors have been placed near the Dnipro bridges in Kherson.
I have seen images of similar looking reflectors from the Kerch Bridge, also on land near a SA-22 / Pantsir, but can't find those images today.
I think the purpose could be deception / counter-recce.

#Ukraine: A photo of an IL-76MD strategic airlifter (presumably 76699) of the Ukrainian Air Force, which was captured by the Russian army in the beginning of the war on the Melitopol Airbase. There is no indications of that the aircraft is planned to be recovered.
