Keep in mind that there is a large variance in the Western estimates of Russia casualties (Ben Wallace said 25k KIA recently), and that this figure includes the Russian military, Rosgvardia, Wagner, and DNR/LNR forces.

For sure there are higher priority targets for HIMARS at the moment but maybe for later - one of the many packed repair workshops in the DPR + LPR.
Two films of same workshop rammed with tanks and 2S3, 2S19 and a rare 2S7 and 2S5.
