There is an understandable emphasis on Ukrainian forces needing more artillery/munitions, but, as reservist and volunteer units play an increasingly important role in this war on both sides, the relative level of their training will also become critical.

It is worth considering taking territorial defense companies or battalions and putting them through short unit exercises elsewhere in Europe possibly at Hohenfels. Otherwise, Russia will have an advantage in preparing their volunteer/reserve units that are sent to Ukraine.
